My name is Ben
I am 16 years old and I have ADHD. I wanted to be on the Youth Board so I could give voice to youth that do not have voices. I have tried to learn as much about ADHD as I could so I could understand my brain and behaviors affect me. I want to help adults work more effectively with kids with ADHD by telling my story and sharing what works for me. I am a musician. I also skateboard and snowboard. I like fishing, video games and people.
